About the Role :

We're seeking a growth-focused marketer who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. In this role, you'll own campaign strategy and execution for our Protestant church segmentpartnering closely with sales, content, and product marketing teams to drive pipeline growth through targeted events, content marketing, digital campaigns, and ABM strategies. From initial planning through post-campaign analysis, you'll use your marketing expertise and deep understanding of pastors and church decision-makers to create programs that resonate and convert.

This position requires someone passionate about serving the Church and who thrives on hands-on involvement in campaign creation and optimization. You'll spend most of your time building integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and partnering with sales to convert interest into opportunitieswhile also thinking strategically about positioning, messaging, and growth opportunities. The ideal candidate brings both analytical rigor and creative problem-solving, with genuine empathy for the challenges facing church leaders and enthusiasm for helping them succeed.
