AMDA College of the Performing Arts, with campuses in New York City and Hollywood, is one of the foremost post-secondary performing arts colleges in the country. AMDA offers various pathways for students to receive unparalleled performing arts education taught by world-class industry professionals, including Professional Conservatory Certificates as well as undergraduate and graduate degrees (Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Arts, Associate of Occupational Studies, Master of Fine Arts and Master of Arts).AMDA is seeking passionate, student-centered, and highly qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach undergraduate Health and Wellness courses. These courses are delivered online through various synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities for the Los Angeles Campus, using a combination of instructional technologies that include Canvas and Zoom. Teaching assignment(s) may include courses within the discipline of Health and Wellness. Faculty members at AMDA are responsible for providing highly effective instruction through well-prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair and holistic assessment of learning, clear documentation of student progress, and support of academic success for all students.
