Treatment Coordinator / Junior Manager for Dental Office

We are a expanding dental office and have position open for a Treatment Coordinator / Junior manager.

Job Details :

• Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office, including : patient and employee relations; staff interviewing / dismissal; management of marketing and communications efforts; ensuring regulatory compliance; staff training and motivation. Well organized and upbeat. Able to handle day to day stresses.
• Assist the dentist with other tasks as assigned. Treatment / Financial coordination. Oversee scheduling.
• Runs scheduling for Dentist and Hygienist. Experienced with Open Dental software and has knowledge of PPO insurances and finances(Verifications and claims).
