General Summary :
The role of the Marketing Communications coordinator is to drive awareness for the brand by partnering with brand and digital, product, and trade team members to develop marketing communication assets.
Responsible for the creation and distribution of high-quality deadline-driven marketing communication content and materials for North America in compliance with our Corporate Identity & Corporate Design (CICD) policy.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop effective external marketing communications; including copy writing, editing and project managing graphic design.
- Utilize communication plans and briefs to develop effective external marketing communications assets; including copywriting, editing, and coordinating graphic design for emails, technical documents, sales flyers and other tactical assets.
- Work with stakeholders (Product Management, Trade Management, etc.) to synthesize large amounts of information and develop relevant content that effectively communicates a succinct message to the intended audience in a compelling way.
- Work within established project budgets and manage project timelines, workflow and responsibilities with a network of internal partners and external vendors.
- Promote understanding and adherence to brand excellence guidelines throughout all levels of the organization to maximize the long-term potential of the brand and adhere to globally-established guidelines (act as "brand Client").
- Work with Market Organizations to ensure consistency of messaging and brand excellence throughout.
- Support major internal and external events, as needed

Working Conditions :

Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by all safety regulations as required by, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and General ContractorsEar protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some jobsitesPhysical Requirements :
Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb scaffolding, and lift and carry up to 65 poundsMinimum one (1) to three (3) years' related communications marketing or advertising project management experience requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced multi-project environment while maintaining attention to detail and deliver under pressureAbility to craft concise marketing message under pressureAbility to develop effective result-focused marketing communicationsExcellent grammar, oral and written communication skillsAbility to develop and manage project budgets and timelinesTeam player who can take initiative and be diplomaticExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint, Word) required, Adobe Creative Suite knowledge preferred#TB_EN
