Responsibilities

Own social media strategy + execution across major platforms (organic + paid)

Film, edit, and deliver video / podcast content that drives engagement

Design and brand (Canva + Adobe) assets that resonate and convert

Lead a small virtual assistant team to execute at scale

Manage Facebook / Meta ads. Optimize for real ROI

Serve as the client’s strategic digital media advisor, you’ll present, guide, and pivot

Stay ahead of trends, push us forward, challenge what we’re doing

Qualifications

Proven experience doing the above (not just dabbling)

Strong design / video chops + comfort with analytics

Leadership mindset—you can direct a team of VAs

Self-management, agency hustle, growth mindset
