About the Role

As an Analyst youll play a key role in supporting the firms leadership and operations by running reports analyzing data and helping translate numbers into actionable insights. Youll work closely with the Operations Manager and Advisors to improve workflows create efficiency and enhance the client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Generate analyze and summarize performance revenue and client service reports

Maintain and improve Excel-based tracking tools and dashboards

Help optimize firm technology platforms (CRM portfolio management and reporting systems)

Assist with operational and compliance reporting

Identify trends efficiencies and opportunities through data analysis

Support ad-hoc projects and special initiatives

Qualifications

12 years of experience in financial services operations or data analysis preferred

Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables formulas data visualization)

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and reporting systems

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field
