Human Resource Administrator
The Human Resource Administrator is responsible for providing a variety of human resource responsibilities for the division including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee training, and retention. This role ensures compliance with employment policies and supports human resource operations to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include posting job openings, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, verifying references, and communicating with candidates. Assist management in hiring permanent employees and securing temporary workers. Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events as needed. Establish relationships with technical schools, high schools, universities and colleges for workforce recruitment. Maintain recruitment processes, including applicant tracking via the ICIMS platform. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to actively source candidates. Communicate with managers regarding candidate selection and hiring decisions. Process onboarding paperwork for new hires. Conduct new-hire orientation, including role-specific training. Accurately complete I-9 forms and ensure compliance with E-Verify. Maintain and update job descriptions; utilize tools such as Salary.com for market validation. Facilitate and support employee training and development programs. Collaborate with department managers to create and manage quarterly staffing forecasts. Facilitate exit interviews and oversee termination procedures for departing employees in accordance with company policy. Manage the leased vehicle program, including acquisitions, turn-in procedures, and coordinating insurance needs with broker. Manage documents for performance evaluations. Prepare and submit annual EEOC reporting. Prepare and submit non-discrimination testing data. Fulfill necessary functions for corporate initiatives. Provides high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and performing a variety of other tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Utilizes discretion, sound judgment, and organizational knowledge to effectively support executive activities and handle a broad range of administrative responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications : Education / Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school. Minimum of 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge : Strong understanding of employment laws, human resource procedures, and regulatory compliance. Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from professional publications, technical manuals, and legal documents. Skilled in writing professional reports, correspondence, and presenting information clearly and effectively. Able to analyze and resolve practical problems and manage instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form. Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (e.g., applicant tracking, databases, spreadsheets). Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate with tact and professionalism. Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
