Job Summary : Englewood Health is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Chief of Staff to join our nationally recognized, award-winning team. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the position will act as a trusted confidential advisor and partner coordinating a broad range of administrative and operational activities in support of Englewood Health's strategic objectives. The incumbent will serve as the President / CEO's liaison to Englewood Health donors, employees, government officials, and community stakeholders. The ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task at a very high level is an absolute prerequisite for the Chief of Staff. Hours : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Job Essentials : The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.

Minimum five (5+) years' experience, preferably in healthcare administration, fundraising, or physician relations

Ability to discern appropriate access to, and follow-up from, the President / CEO

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.

Experience building financial models and operational dashboards

Must uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and trust

Detail-oriented

Ability to think strategically

Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

Education Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law. The minimum salary for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses / incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources.

Minimum rate : $135,000 p / year
