About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Data to play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of its data capabilities. This senior leadership position is focused on building and leading a centralized data team to define and implement data collection, analysis, and utilization strategies that will drive the success of the company's mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the modern data stack, including data warehousing, ELT / ETL, and BI tools, with a proven track record of building and scaling data functions in high-growth environments. The role requires a deep technical expertise in SQL, Python or R, and experience with modern data platforms and tools. The Head of Data will be responsible for establishing data practices, governance standards, and delivering improvements to KPI reporting and analytics infrastructure. A key aspect of the role is the ability to lead a data team, mentor and manage performance, and ensure that data is at the core of the company's decision-making process.
