Case Manager Supervisor
You are eligible for 10% field work specialty pay for hours worked. This is a full time, hybrid position.
Why it's a Great Opportunity : As an experienced case manager with skill as a working supervisor, you will be on the front line of our efforts dedicated to connecting older adults and adults with disabilities with services to help them remain safe and independent at home. You will supervise a team of case managers ensuring quality of service, efficient case distribution, and effective supervision. You will be a valued member of the Aging and Disability Resources leadership team supporting several new programs : WA Cares Program and Health Related Social Needs (HRSN) program. You will read and analyze Washington Administrative Code (WACs), Regulatory Code of Washington (RCW) and long-term care manuals to create best practices and training for your team that do not exist.

You will need MS Office Suite including knowledge and regular use of intermediate Excel. Your quality assurance focused experience will be important for completing assessments and program eligibility standards.

Qualifications :
As a condition of employment, the applicant will need to authorize and complete a Washington State Patrol background check in accordance with RCW 43.43 Information received from the background check is reviewed case-by-case and will not necessarily remove an applicant from consideration.
This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent upon job performance / evaluation and continued funding of the program.
