Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement high-impact strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the alignment of projects with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term goals while applying best practices in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

The Director of Project Management will serve as not only the application lead for Teamwork and JIRA, driving adoption, training, and optimization of these tools for project execution and accountability but as the Team Lead for the HCS project managers (Operational and Technical Project Managers). This position requires a strategic thinker with experience in high-level project conceptualization and execution, stakeholder engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

The Director of Project Management reports to the Business Analytics and Strategy, Advisor To The President and plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and impact of HCS's project management frameworks.

Pay for this position : $110262 / yr - 122513 / yr. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above range represents the organization's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
