Licensing Coordinator (Human Resources)

The Licensing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting all sales and customer service employees with all telemarketing licensing tasks related to obtaining renewing and terminating individual licenses. The position is also responsible for assisting with day to day HR operations.

Requirements

• Administers licensing process for new hires renewals and terminations.
• Facilitates state licensing requirements and application process during new hire orientation.
• Evaluate information on applications to verify completeness and accuracy to determine whether applicants are qualified to obtain licenses.
• Process new or renewed licensure and update licensing information for the sales employees.
• Notify sales employees of expired missing or additional information needed.
• Liaises with the appropriate states on employee statuses or changes.
• Inputs license deductions for payroll in the HRIS system.
• Conducts monthly and quarterly audits for licensing compliance.
• Stays up-to-date with new compliance rules and processes provided by the states to maintain compliance.
• Utilizes state web-based document management to organize manage and transmit licensing information.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Reliable and maintains satisfactory attendance.
