Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

- In-depth knowledge of contingent workforce management best practices and contingent worker classifications.
- A hands-on approach—willingness to roll up your sleeves and actively manage job requests, workforce operations, and vendor performance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance. multiple ongoing projects and tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in managing documentation through platforms like DocuSign.
- Excellent analytical skills including proficiency with dashboards, MS Excel, and Visualization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Legal, Procurement, and HR.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage compliance-related documentation.
- Knowledge of Workday and VMS tools.

- Knowledge of procurement and legal compliance in the contractor hiring process.
- Experience utilizing a VMS (Beeline preferred).

What you'll be doing :
Onboarding Coordination :
- Gather onboarding details from managers and suppliers to initiate the contractor onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary agreements are in place by engaging Legal when required.
- Coordinate with Procurement to confirm Purchase Order (PO) approvals as needed.
- Initiate and manage background checks via platforms like HireRight, ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
Documentation Management :
- Prepare and send all required forms as well as track outgoing and incoming responses, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure approval across all required cross-functional teams.
- Generate and submit new hire alerts within ServiceNow to ensure contractors are accurately onboarded into internal systems.
Communication and Support :
- Serve as a point of contact for contractors during the onboarding process, addressing any issues or questions that may arise.
Tracking and Reporting :
- Maintain up-to-date records of contractor onboarding activities in other internal systems.
- Track and report on onboarding progress to ensure all required steps are completed within the encouraged timeframe.
- Manage and process all Workday transactions for contingent workers.
- Conduct monthly and weekly audits of contractor records in Workday.
We’re seeking an experienced Program Manager to help lead operations for our growing contingent workforce program. This role supports daily onboarding management, drives process improvements, and partners with HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless contractor engagement. Reporting to the Head of the Contingent Workforce PMO, you’ll help manage the end-to-end onboarding processes for contractors. This role requires hands-on management of onboarding new contractors through Workday and Beeline (VMS).
