Market making broker dealer is seeking a CFO to join its Finance team.

As a key partner to the Group CEO and co-founders, the CFO will play a critical role in driving growth, ensuring financial strength, and shaping the company's future. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in regulated, global organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and governance across global entities.

Partner with senior leadership on strategic decision-making, investments, and growth initiatives.

Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compensation, and internal controls.

Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.

Manage key external relationships with auditors, banks, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ in a senior executive role.

Experience in global, regulated financial services firms.

CPA or MBA strongly preferred.

Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills, with proven success leading teams through growth and transformation.
