Technical Program Manager

The expected pay range for our Technical Program Manager is $71,200 to $95,500 a year . The pay is determined by several factors, including but not limited to location , job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.

Our Technical Program Manager will be located in Honolulu, Kapolei, or Hilo, Hawaii. This is not a remote position.

HPM Building Supply is hiring a Technical Program Manager. The Technical Program Manager leverages a strong technical foundation and leadership experience to oversee a wide range of initiatives across IT systems, software platforms, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. This role provides strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to Program Managers, ensuring that projects are aligned with enterprise architecture, built on scalable solutions, and contribute to long-term business value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in technical projects or program management
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience with projects in multiple technologies and business functions
• Valid Driver's license required
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background screening and drug test, in accordance with applicable law
