Director, Ai Solutions For Life Sciences

We support more than 700 companies on ambitious Ai journey, and aim to further accelerate by integrating deep industry and domain expertise in our product and GTM strategies. Dataiku is looking for a Director of Ai Solutions for Life Sciences to join Dataiku's Business Solutions team. The role reports to the VP of Industry Solutions. Your mission will be undertaken in close partnership with Dataiku's broader Business Solutions team, including the Life Sciences Solution Data Scientists, as well as with Dataiku's core teams : Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product and R&D.

How You'll Make An Impact :

As the Director of Ai Solutions for Life Sciences, you will own three essential missions :

(1) Forge our strategic vision towards Life Sciences and how to further accelerate our growth in this industry. This will involve developing a deep understanding of Dataiku's footprint, strong convictions as to analytics, ML and agent value for priority domains, current and target positioning in the ecosystem, and developing the right plans to meet our ambitions.

(2) Be the lead Dataiku SME on Life Sciences , and act as a gap bridger between precise industry needs, Ai and Dataiku as a product. You will directly support clients and prospects as a trusted expert and own the development of the right assets and engagement support to boost GTM effectiveness in Life Sciences.

• Articulate the specific value proposal of Dataiku for Life Sciences, and enable internal client facing teams in its articulating.
• Organize the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences on Life Sciences (adoption stories, use-cases, ) and develop relevant material.
• Support sales and customer activities on Life Sciences : help customer dynamics understanding, act as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers, supporting executive engagement building.
• Boost Dataiku's visibility on Life Sciences as an industry. You will notably lead the development and execution of an impactful thought-leadership strategy.
• Help build impactful partnerships with GSIs and other partners to accelerate development on sustainability topics.
• Drive high impact Executive Engagements with key decision makers in Life Sciences accounts.

(3) Own the identification, scoping, and successful roll out of Dataiku Solutions aligned to Life Sciences needs, with the goal of maximizing Dataiku's value delivery within priority subdomains.

Compensation And Benefits

The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
