Title : Human Resources Director

Salary : $155,000-$175,000 + bonus

The Human Resources Director’s responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals and support long-term growth.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, payroll compliance, and ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Lead change management initiatives and collaborate on talent development programs to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human Services, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of full cycle Human Resources experience.
  • Full understanding of the interpretation and application of the Federal, State, local Labor laws to support the business operations while minimizing the associated risk of non-compliance.
