Able to learn quickly from short trainings, written SOPs, and quick check-ins. Reliable, punctual, and professionally presentable. $24.00 / hour with a performance review at 30 days. 35 hours / week (with potential for more). A supportive, fast-moving team that values growth, collaboration, and patient wellness. 50% toward health insurance. Complimentary chiropractic care.

What You'll Do
- Own the first impression : Warmly greet patients, check them in, and set the tone for a great visit.
- Master the schedule : Answer phones, text / email professionally, book / reschedule appointments, and manage confirmations.
- Keep records pristine : Accurate data entry, document management, and basic EMR tasks.
- Support the revenue cycle : Collect payments, review balances, and handle patient financial conversations discreetly.
- Be communication central : Monitor and triage inboxes, texts, and faxes with urgency and polish.
- General admin wizardry : Light office upkeep, supply tracking, and lending a hand wherever the team needs it.
- Assist with processing new patients (patient focus).
