We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Detail Manager.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in overseeing the quality of work coming out of our recon and cleaning department.

Qualified candidates will begin with a phone screen.

Those selected to advance will be invited to an initial in-person interview.

Finalists may then be asked to participate in a second in-person interview before a hiring decision is made. Responsibilities :

Supervise and maintain the quality of work produced by the recon and cleaning department Perform general office and administrative tasks.
Conduct regular inspections of the lot and inventory structure, ensuring organization and cleanliness.
Lead training, monitoring, and mentoring of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Collaborate with the sales and service teams to make sure customer needs are being met.
Ensuring compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and process improvements in reconditioning, lot management, and customer service, implementing changes as needed to enhance overall operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

High school education or equivalent.

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.

Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for team growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Familiarity with RV and Marine products is a plus.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Experience parking and moving trailers is a plus.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Overtime and weekends as needed Compensation : $60,000+ | Based on experience Base Salary + Additional Earning Incentives Benefits : Excellent earning potential and advancement opportunities.
