The Impact You'll Make in this Role

Lead Vertical Businesses' strategy development and planning activities; manage market & competitive intelligence and benchmarking; drive prioritized strategic projects and change management; own revenue forecasting activities for the business; lead business development and inorganic value creation activities for the segment.

• Lead Vertical business strategy and strategic planning : Champion OKR method to shape and prioritize strategic initiatives to drive growth. Building forecast to track performance against strategy plan
• Implement Key account insights & analytics external data on key account : 3rd party research and their earnings reports or other feedback, compare to their forecasts - get analyst reports on the marquee accounts
• Determines Industry insights & foresights : 3rd party research - attend and participate in industry activities and regular engagement with industry leaders
• Supports Customer Roadmap definition vs 3M Roadmap : creating these and making sure we are continuing to keep these aligned, working closely with portfolio and technical teams
• Willingness to be on-call regarding Critical Supply Chain for data, samples, POS, etc.

Work location : This role follows an on-site working model, requiring the employee to work at least four days a week at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN.

Travel : May include up to 15% domestic & international

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
