Cook - State Farm Arena / Levy Restaurants

Pay Rate :   $16.50. This is not tipped position.

Schedule :   Part time schedule; event based. Afternoon, nights, and weekends availability preferred. Must be able to work all Hawks home games.

Requirements : The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more experience in foodservice. Ability to follow recipes, prep ingredients, and cook dishes to company standards. Must be able to work efficiently under pressure, maintain cleanliness, and practice proper food safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and prep list accurately
• Understand of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
• Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods of time throughout the day.
• Lift / move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.
