job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead all maintenance and reliability activities with a big focus on safety Drive preventive and predictive maintenance efforts (PMs) Work closely with operations to improve uptime and reduce waste Coach and develop your teamthis group values mentorship and teamwork Help lead site-level capital projects coordinating with regional engineering Use the CMMS to manage reliability work and track improvements Keep an eye on budgets purchasing and performance metrics Minimum of a HS Diploma Bachelors preferred. 5 years of maintenance leadership in a high-speed industrial manufacturing setting. Solid understanding of electrical mechanical and PLC systems as they pertain to plant maintenance / repair. Strong communicator who can build trust and accountability Experienced with capital projects and cross-functional teams Comfortable with a 24 / 7 plant environment (weekend / holiday support as needed) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Wood products experience is a plus
