School Occupational Therapist

Ampersand Therapy is excited to be searching for compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a wonderful local school district for the 2025-2026 school year. We're currently conducting interviews, and we'd love to connect with dedicated professionals like you. Let's work together to create a positive impact in students' lives!

Job Details :

• In-person position
• Provide evaluations and treatments for schools
• Complete portions of IEPs / documentation
• Collaborate with school Special Education team
• Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy
• License by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy
• Preference will be given to applicants with pediatric experience

We are proud to be women and therapist founded and run. We began our own careers working in the districts and also as contractors. We sought to create an alternative to working with big staffing companies. The result is a small team of like-minded specialists who are striving to create a company that we would want to work for. Because we are therapists and special education providers ourselves, we are deeply appreciative of and understand the work that you do. We're also in a unique position to be able to support and mentor those who are new to this practice area.
