Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Creating and enhancing brand awareness through development of marketing materials, such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations, to showcase projects, people, or service solutions
• Managing registration and booth logistics for company attendance at industry conferences and trade shows
• Managing headshots for employees across a variety of geographic locations
• Organizing and overseeing professional photography for key projects for use in marketing collateral, proposals, and digital platforms
• Working with internal teams and external vendors to order and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and promotional items
• Creating and updating staff resumes and employee bios to support business development and proposal teams
• Creating effective written copy for appropriate mediums
• Building communications tailored for social media based on strong understanding of the platforms and their requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams to update content in the company marketing database, including writing new project descriptions
• Manage and regularly update content on the firms intranet
