We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President to lead our residential mortgage closing team. The ideal candidate possesses expert-level knowledge of mortgage closing practices and requirements, a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams, and a strong commitment to balancing production with quality and compliance. The role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential mortgage loan closing, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining exceptional loan quality.

The VP, Closing will :

• Direct the closing activities for a wide range of GSE, FHA, VA and conventional mortgage loan products
• Oversee all staff training and development
• Lead teams responsible for fee collaboration and generation of the initial closing disclosure, along with final balancing for final closing disclosure and closing package document creation
• Develop and maintain unit capacity, procedures, and workflow to ensure maximum staff productivity, prudent expenses, and adherence to service levels
• Develop strong working relationships with internal business partners
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Compensation : Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below :

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and / or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary $75,000 - $130,000
