Corner Resources is hiring for a client seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support IT documentation and communication initiatives. This role is responsible for translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly materials for both technical and non-technical audiences. The Technical Writer will collaborate with engineers, system administrators, and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Technical Writing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience

Minimum of years of experience in business or technical writing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Lucidchart, and Snagit

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information

Proven experience managing multiple documentation projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience creating IT documentation for infrastructure projects

Familiarity with cloud and server technologies such as RedHat OpenShift, Rubrik Security Cloud, Windows Server , and RHEL

Ability to produce visuals such as diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and annotated screenshots to enhance content clarity

Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills

Background working with cross-functional teams including Development, Quality Assurance, and Technical Support

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Create and maintain IT documentation, translating technical or complex information into clear, concise materials for diverse audiences

Collaborate with engineers, system administrators, and product teams to collect, organize, and document technical information

Research and interpret design reports, drawings, equipment specs, and other materials to fill knowledge gaps

Develop and edit a wide range of documentation including instructional materials, technical manuals, and product documentation

Design supporting visuals such as process flow diagrams, data models, and technical illustrations

Manage and deliver multiple document management projects of moderate to high complexity

Contribute to the Foundational Infrastructure Project , which includes RedHat OpenShift, Rubrik Security Cloud, Windows Server , RHEL , f Load Balancer upgrades, Grafana IRM, and related automation initiatives
