About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to lead the end-to-end growth strategy for its brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing growth like an operating system, with a focus on balancing ROAS and brand, and driving user acquisition across various channels. This role is highly cross-functional and requires a hands-on approach to developing content, testing hooks, and establishing systems for exponential scale. The Head of Growth will also be tasked with managing a team, setting growth cadences, and ensuring the brand is at the forefront of cultural and technical best practices.
Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a BS / MS in a relevant field and at least 8 years' of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a minimum of 2 years' at the Director level for a DTC brand. The role demands a proven track record in building and scaling a TikTok-centric marketing strategy, as well as expertise in managing a creator / affiliate network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, A / B testing, and be adept at using modern marketing tech stacks. Financial acumen, experience in strategic content development, and executive communication skills are also essential. The Head of Growth will be expected to lead a team, coach leaders, and ensure the brand's growth programs are in line with the company's mission and values.
