About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure to serve as a strategic and operational technology leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide infrastructure, cybersecurity, and innovation initiatives, with a focus on shaping the organization's digital future. This pivotal role involves leading the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and intelligent systems that support business growth, AI-driven transformation, and a modern workforce. The VP of Infrastructure will also oversee infrastructure operations, ensure alignment with the corporate growth strategy, and work closely with software development and cybersecurity teams to maintain infrastructure readiness and security. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive IT experience, including 5 years in senior leadership roles. The role requires proven success in leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity programs, as well as experience in supporting AI and data initiatives. Strong business acumen, the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and experience in regulated industries are advantageous. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem, cloud platforms, virtualization and storage, networking, security, tools, telephony, and DevOps. The position demands a hands-on leader with a collaborative style, capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless and timely project deliverables.
