Position :
The Hospital Manager is responsible for supporting the overall business operations. This position is a key part of the day to day operation. The Manager oversees the business of the operations in order to ensure the steady workflow of uninterrupted care and service. The position is responsible for the staff, including supporting the hiring and training for team needs. The Manager will oversee the financial aspects of the business such as billing and banking, inventory, equipment selection as well as facility cleanliness and the ordering of needed supplies. This leader will ensure a welcoming and customer focused work culture.

Responsibilities
Managing the financial reporting of the business, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, budgeting, income reconciliation, credit and bankingInventory management including process flow and controlManaging patient medical records and ensuring the highest quality of accuracyResponsible for managing the interviewing and hiring of needed staff membersProviding training for new hiresScheduling needs for staff and doctorsPromotes and helps ensure a patient centered environmentFacilitates resolutions for client problems that cannot be resolved by doctors or staffCommunity involvement, including participation in fundraising and charity eventsMust be able to lift 50 pounds, stoop, bend, and stand on feet for long periodsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or related field or relevant education and work experienceCertified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not requiredCustomer service attitudeExcellent organizational skills including the ability multitask and prioritizeProfessional and positive attitude that is people oriented with good interpersonal skillsTeam oriented and has skills to support a team based cultureSolid verbal and written and communication skills
