6-12 Month Assignment with Extension Potential

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager for a focused 6-12 month assignment to lead the strategic rollout of Glean and other cutting-edge AI tools across our 3,000+ person organization. This high-impact contract role will shape how our company adopts and leverages artificial intelligence to drive productivity and innovation. Based on program success and organizational needs, there's strong potential for extension beyond the initial timeframe.

You'll be the driving force behind not just the technical implementation, but the cultural transformation that comes with enterprise AI adoption, with clear deliverables and success metrics that could pave the way for continued engagement.

What You'll Do

Program Leadership & Coordination

Own the end-to-end rollout strategy for Glean and complementary AI tools across multiple business units and geographic locations

Develop comprehensive project timelines, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure seamless coordination between the technology and business stakeholders

Track adoption metrics, user engagement, and ROI to continuously optimize the rollout approach and demonstrate program value

Change Management & Communications

Design and execute a multi-channel communication strategy to drive awareness, excitement, and adoption of AI tools

Create compelling messaging that addresses concerns, highlights benefits, and maintains momentum throughout the implementation

Build and nurture an internal community of AI champions and early adopters to accelerate organic adoption

Training & Capability Building

Partner with Learning & Development to design scalable training programs for diverse user groups and skill levels

Oversee the creation of training materials, documentation, and self-service resources

Establish centers of excellence and mentorship programs to drive continuous learning and skill development

Create sustainable processes and frameworks that can continue beyond the contract period

What You Bring

5+ years of project management experience with enterprise software rollouts, preferably in technology companies

Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving 1,000+ employees

Experience with change management methodologies and driving user adoption of new technologies

Strong communication skills with ability to influence and engage audiences from individual contributors to C-suite executives

Familiarity with AI / ML tools, knowledge management platforms, or similar enterprise software solutions preferred

PMP, Agile, or similar project management certifications valued

Experience building training programs or learning initiatives is a strong plus

Comfort with contract / project-based work and ability to deliver results within defined timeframes

Assignment Details

Duration : 6-12 months initially, with potential for extension based on program success and organizational needs

Success Metrics : Clear KPIs around user adoption, engagement, and business impact that will inform extension decisions

Transition Planning : Opportunity to build sustainable processes and train internal teams for long-term success
