Customer Outreach Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Outreach Specialist I to engage with business, institutional, and commercial customers regarding energy savings opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts cold outreach to build a viable sales pipeline and maintain customer relationships

Participates in training and follows established processes for documentation and organization

Collaborates with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and support team success

Key Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a customer service or similar role with cold outreach responsibilities preferred

Motivated to engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings

Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and effective sales skills
