Business Analyst

We are hiring a Business Analyst in Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid).

Location : Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product teams to understand and document domain-specific processes.
• Conduct current state, future state, and gap analyses using process mapping techniques.
• Gather and validate complex product requirements.
• Author user stories and features with low to medium complexity; contribute to higher complexity workstreams.
• Build and maintain documentation including flowcharts, best practices, lessons learned, and proofs of concept.
• Co?facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
• Assist in test plan creation and independently execute test scenarios.
