Environmental Air Systems is a leading full-service mechanical contractor, and we are looking for a Pipe Superintendent to lead our talented team of pipe welders, fitters, and helpers in our manufacturing shop. If you are passionate about safety, quality, and leadership in industrial HVAC piping systems, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Lead the prefabrication of piping systems (chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, etc.)
- Champion safety by enforcing protocols and conducting audits
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with sales for scope verification and estimates
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients
- Oversee tool inspections, review submittals, and maintain documentation
- Hire and mentor new team members
- Write daily reports and maintain clear correspondence
