Job Summary :

The Collector is responsible for initiating the appropriate action to collect past due balances and record accurate notes on delinquent accounts. This includes high volume phone calls and / or correspondence to assigned delinquent customers in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department. The collector will work closely with other collectors and lead collectors in completing claims billing and follow-up collection activities
