As an outbound call specialist at Umbrella BPO, you will engage with warm leads through outbound calls. You will be responsible for asking qualifying questions to assess their needs and interests, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.

Excellent English speaking and phone skills are required

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification :
• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services.
• Ask qualifying questions to identify potential fit.
• Hand off qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement.
• Pipeline Management :
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
• Manage leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
• Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the sales team and leadership to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
• Reporting :
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
