Position Summary
Reports to Director of Talent Management
The Curriculum Specialist contributes to the design development and delivery of IFSI s learning programs for mental health professionals. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency quality and alignment with IFS standards across all professional development offerings.
Working in close partnership with the Director of Talent Management the Curriculum Specialist design s and standardize s IFSI s clinical training programs by collaborating with trainers including hosting working groups and developing dynamic content that enhances participant learning experiences. The Specialist also plays a critical role in supporting internal teams and external partners to ensure programs are delivered with excellence and integrity.
A key early project will involve supporting the redesign of Level 2 Training programs including :
The Curriculum Specialist ensures IFSI s programs are grounded in adult learning principles maintaining fidelity to the IFS model while creating a seamless engaging and accessible experience for participants.
