We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers across IMO Health to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent across a range of technical disciplines—including software engineering, product management, and AI / NLP. In this strategic role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping to shape the future of our high-growth healthcare technology organization.

Your ability to tell IMO Health’s story, build strong candidate relationships, and deliver a seamless hiring experience will be key to scaling our teams and driving innovation.

This position is required to be local to the Rosemont, IL area and is required to be in-office 3 days a week.
