Behavioral Health Office Assistant Location : Eugene, Oregon | On-site Required Schedule : Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Compensation : (based on experience) Reports to : Practice Manager & CEO Company Description NTX Care is a locally owned neuropsychiatric treatment center in Oregon offering inclusive, personalized mental health services to all. Specializing in neuropsychological testing, psychiatric medication management, ketamine therapy, and telehealth care, NTX Care embraces compassion, innovation, and equity. Led by Jonathan Wayne, PMHNP-BC, the clinic ensures that care is accessible and stigma-free, whether in-person or online throughout the state. Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and managing patient records Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, lending support to the clinical team Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Experience working in healthcare or mental health settings is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus Commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate care Why Join NTX Care?
