Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling and managing patient records Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, lending support to the clinical team Basic computer literacy and proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Experience working in healthcare or mental health settings is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus Commitment to providing inclusive and compassionate care Why Join NTX Care?
