Office Staff
- Shift : 1ST Shift 7 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM (Flexible for Overtime)
- Pay Rate : $18.50 per hr DOE
- Language : English (If they know Spanish it’s a plus but not required)
- Location : Santa Ana
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Track received data and source documents.Prepare, sort, and interpret source documents for data entry.Contact supervisors or customers to resolve inconsistencies or missing information.Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy.Ensure technical process sheets match customer documentation.Enter data accurately following on-screen formats and codes.Compare entered data with source documents and make corrections as needed.Route completed documents to appropriate departments.Prepare customer invoices daily (Gemtech) and weekly (Outside Processing) and transfer to Accounts Receivable.Prepare C.O.D. invoices for shipped or picked-up orders.Monitor and clear open orders over a month old.Print production and shipping reports daily.Respond to data entry inquiries.Perform general office tasks : answer phones, take messages, transfer calls
