TAS Environmental Services LP is seeking a Mechanic . As a mechanic you will perform maintenance work, truck repairs in accordance with factory and industry standards. The qualified candidate will run diagnostics on vehicles, communicate and work closely with team members to meet company goals. It's important to know that this job can involve working in a dirty and physically demanding environment, so a willingness to handle strenuous physical labor is a must.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing at times. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to frequently climb stairs and ladders. May occasionally deal with heights. Excellent interpersonal skills : ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, employees and managers. Effective conflict resolution abilities. Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form. Ability to read, write and do mathematics. Ability to wear Personal Equipment, including Respiratory Protection. Consist of both office setting and physical jobsite. Able to work in confined spaces when needed.
