Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Primary Purpose of Job

Collaborates with our business partners on the Commercial / Corporate / Business Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and credit teams. Responsible for the set-up, maintenance, and servicing of business loans.

Major Job Accountabilities

• Fulfills servicing requests from customers for business loans and responds to inquiries and research requests from customers, taxing authorities, insurance entities, vendors and other loan servicing departments.
• Books new loans and any related records to various systems and performs all maintenance on loans as required.
• Responds to inquiries, communicates with and supports teammates and business partners across the organization; researches, analyzes and resolves issues.
• Participates in the testing of loan systems.
• Identifies process improvement opportunities and participates in special projects within the department.
• Participates in and contributes to the development and refinement of internal procedures and new servicing strategies.

Experience Required

1-2 Years of experience servicing Commercial, Small Business, Private Banking, Residential and / or Consumer loans.
