Drywall Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and financially focused Drywall Project Manager (PM) to oversee all phases of commercial drywall and light-gauge metal framing projects. This role requires managing projects from initial budgeting through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to schedule, quality, and profitability goals.

Compensation & Key Requirements

Detail Specification Salary Range$70,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience)Essential SoftwareExpert proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid is mandatory.Experience3+ years managing commercial drywall / framing projects.

Project Execution : Manage project schedules, material procurement, and timely completion of contract milestones.

Financial Control : Develop accurate working budgets, manage job cost reports, prepare billing, and negotiate / process change orders.

Estimating Collaboration : Use OST and Quick Bid expertise to audit takeoffs, verify quantities, and support the handoff from estimating to operations.

Field Oversight : Conduct site visits, enforce safety protocols, manage field crews / subcontractors, and ensure high-quality standards.

Communication : Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving issues and leading project meetings.
