Compass Oncology is looking for a Market Manager of Managed Care and Payor Strategy to join our patient-centered and mission-based team. This position will recommend, develop, coordinate, and implement strategies that will advance Compass Oncology's mission of lessening the burden of cancer for those who we serve in our communities. This position will support the Executive Directors in the Portland Metropolitan, Willamette Valley, and Vancouver, Washington markets and will represent two companies in payor and referral relations, perform market assessments, and will negotiate all managed care contracts. They will also support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

Employment Type : Full-Time; 40 hours; Monday-Friday

Location : Eugene, OR or Portland Metro Area

Salary : $85,000 - $130,000 salaried

• Final offer amounts are determined by a review of the candidate’s applicable experience and qualifications, as well as, internal employee equity considerations.
