Accounts Payable Specialist- Full-Time

Summary

Are you someone with a high sense of responsibility and attention to detail? Do you enjoy the sense of having a task list and marking it complete? We are looking for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to perform the following tasks :

• Accounts Payable matching and entry for both inventory and operating expenses
• Manage vendor communications and relationships related to invoices and statements
• Monthly reconciling of invoices paid and open receivers
• Basic accounting system entries
• Updates and tracking using internal documents

No accounting degree required.

Recent experience in an accounting department working with Accounts Payable is highly desired.

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and Word
