Position Summary

The Analyst is responsible for the administration and operational support of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and related equity programs. This role ensures accurate processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely resolution of inquiries. The Analyst partners closely with the Equity team, Executive Compensation, and external vendors (including E

• TRADE) to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred. A combination of education and relevant years of experience will be considered.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
