Qualifications :

Start Time : 7 : 30 AM

End Time : 4 : 00 PM

Required :

High school or GED withtechnical focus

Facilities General MaintenancePM & Repair experience.

Fluency in English; excellentverbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

Attention to detail andexcellent customer service skills.

Follow and supportEnvironmental, Health and Safety requirements and initiatives.

Ability to use personalcomputer and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word

Highly Preferred :

5+ years experience as amaintenance technician in an extensive and diverse facility

5+ years experiencemaintaining infrastructure systems, machinery, or equipment to includemaintenance scheduling,

vendor interactions,procurement, hands-on ability

5+ years of experience withbuilding, code and regulatory compliance

Fork truck license preferred.

OSHA 10 preferred

Responsibilities :

Perform General Facilitieswork as assigned by department manager.

Main focus of duties painting, light carpentry, conference room set-ups, equipment and materialmoves within building or to off-site storage.

Additional duties may include :

Support Sr MaintenanceTechnician with routine and nonroutine maintenance and repair of grounds, HVACsystems, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems

Back-up for Shipping andReceiving department.

Other as assigned.
