Job Requirements

Education Requirements : Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or higher)

Certifications Requirements : Valid RN license, BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred)

Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry nursing experience

Other Requirements : Ability to work 3-12 shift schedule, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail

Job Responsibilities

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, adhering to all safety and clinical protocols.

Monitor patient vital signs and telemetry data continuously, reporting any anomalies to the healthcare team promptly.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting all interventions accurately.

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health management strategies.
