Position Summary

The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability and efficiency. This role requires deep knowledge of the HVAC industry, operational leadership experience, and comfort with service management technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of service, installation, and administrative teams
• Manage scheduling, dispatch, and workflow using FieldEdge or similar software
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, and to quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and mentor team members across departments
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and job costing to meet company goals
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with ownership to implement strategic plans for growth
