Warehouse / Quality Control Manager

The Warehouse / Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for the project division and ensuring the quality, accuracy, and readiness of materials and equipment.

This role requires strong leadership in managing inventory flow, supporting field operations, and implementing quality control processes that align with company standards.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Monitor and oversee product movement, staging, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory documentation and records related to prestaging and shipment.
• Review and approve prestaging initiatives for ATMs, TCRs, and Smart Safes.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and logistics teams to align warehouse processes with project schedules.
• Verify compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures within the warehouse.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and processes.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of staged products and warehouse processes.
• Monitor product readiness and development stages to ensure quality standards are met.
• Document and report quality issues; prepare quality reports for management review.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and product teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and develop corrective actions for quality issues.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and records.
