2nd shift - Thursday through Monday 4pm to 12am

At MSOE, our Communications Officers play a vital role in keeping our students, faculty, staff and campus community safe - 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We're seeking individuals with dispatch or customer service experience, sound judgment, the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time, and excellent communication skills. We are seeking a full-time Communications Officer to join our Public Safety team on 2nd shift . As a Communications (dispatch) Officer, your essential functions will be to receive and handle both emergency and non-emergency calls from the MSOE community and the public for assistance and dispatch appropriate emergency or non-emergency services to necessary locations while maintaining strong communication with the Public Safety team and your MSOE community. Schedule

• 2nd shift Thursday through Monday, 4pm to 12 : 00am
• Off days Tuesdays and Wednesdays
• Ability to work overtime and holidays as assigned
• Training schedule may vary slightly from long term schedule
